Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to refund your money if you are dissatisfied with your product.

In order to receive a refund you will need to return the undamaged/unused product within 10 business days of the receipt date. We can only issue refunds for undamaged products. For your own protection so that your return can be processed efficiently, we request that you use a shipping method that provides a record of receipt if you are returning an item to us.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the package has arrived to us.

If you ordered your product by credit card, we will credit your account upon receipt of the undamaged product. You will see your account credited within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item once it is received.

We apologize, but we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
